A 1:1 Consultation is an hour and a half session where we analyse the factors causing you problems. We’ll look at the way the body is designed to work and what movement habits you have that may be working against this.
Using Body Control Pilates®, The Franklin Method® and Personal Training, 1:1 sessions are a follow on from our 1:1 consultation. Every client receives an individual programme which will include exercises to practice at home. Sessions take place at my garden studio, Royston, Hertfordshire.

Is remarkably effective and medically approved. It is of a holistic nature based upon a well-constructed philosophical foundation. Central to the method is “awareness of your body” and all exercises are built around its eight basic principles:
Alignment, Relaxation, Concentration, Breathing, Centring, Co-ordination, Flowing Movement, Stamina.
By working in the deep architectural structure of the body, “dynamic core stability” is achieved, and then maintained through increasingly complex movement sequences. Specific problem areas can be targeted but always in relation to the rest of one’s body.
