I have a busy day today - and I know I’ll be coaching lots of clients about balancing the body - but it’s always worth remembering that true balance starts on the inside! So I’ve treated myself to sourdough, mushrooms and kale with a poached egg and coffee! Planning my Friday morning class last night - got some extra weights work!! The purring felt lovely on my lower back! Today the adductor squeeze (legs coming together in parallel) stopped the pain in one client’s back completely! My cat knew it’s a good one! Sometimes it’s the simple things that are most effective!
